PURPOSE:To form a printer which is stable in discharging ink droplets, economical in using scanning time and easy to judge the goodness or badness of a reproduced image by using a specifically combined multi-nozzled recording heads for colors and a roll of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A group of heads 300 consists of a multinozzle head 302 (black), 304 (cyane), 306 (magenta) and 308 (yellow) is installed to a connector box 310 so that respective ink discharging directions face opposite to the direction of gravity, and the connector box 310 is arranged so that it can be driven in the direction of main scanning (direction of X axis). On the other hand, a roll of recording paper 328 drawn out through a tension roller 330 is reversed by an intermediate roller 332 so that its recording surface faces upward and it is caused to run in the direction of sub scanning (Y axis) by a paper feed roller 336. Consequently, each color ink is discharged atably and efficiently and a formed image can be visually confirmed. |
