The sides (5) of the container have vertical slots (6) a fixed bottom (3) in which are holes (9), and a movable lid (2) which is also perforated (4). The slots are for a knife for cutting the food inside the container. The holes (9) in the bottom (3) and lid (2) are for wooden or stainless steel skewers.</p> |
