PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of load due to a transistor (TR) and to attain the oscillation with high Q, by constituting a coupling loop inductively coupled with an inductance connected to an active element as a specified resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION:A fixed oscillation circuit consisting of an inductance 8, a TR5, a feedback capacitor 6, and a capacitor 7, is provided and a coupling loop constituting a lambda/2 resonance circuit which connects a fixed capacitor 14 and a variable capacitor 15 across a coupling coil 16 adjacent to the inductance 8, is provided. The loop 9 is installed in a block together with a fixed oscillating circuit, allowing to inductively couple the inductance 8 and the loop 9, to determine the oscillating frequency with the self-resonance frequency of the loop 9 and to generate a specified oscillating frequency. |
