Preferably the total mesh surface area is greater than 50% of the total sieve surface area. The sieve may be made of Ti, platinized, Ti, Zr, Ta or graphite; the distributer plate may be the same composition or of Pt group metal, Ag, Au or Cu plated with Ti or Pt. |
