PURPOSE:To increase assembly work efficiency by a method wherein a left-side mounting stand, a right-side mounting stand and a lower-side mounting stand are arranged at three sides of an iron core mounting stand respectively when a two-leg type iron core having an opening section is assembled and a plurality of left-leg steel plates, right-leg steel plates and yoke steel plates are stacked on respective stands and these plates are alternately laminated on the mounting stands by using carriers. CONSTITUTION:When a two-leg type iron core 1 having an opening 6 is assembled, firstly, a left-side mounting stand 12, and right-side mounting stand 13 are arranged at the left side and right side of an iron core mounting stand 11 respectively and a lower-side mounting stand 14 is arranged at the lower side by providing predetermined space respectively. Next, a plurality of left-leg steel plates 7A, right-side steel plates 7B, and furthermore, yoke steel plates 7C are mounted on the stands 12, 13, 14 respectively and the steel plates 7A and 7B are alternately transferred to the predetermined region of the stand 11 by a leg steel plate carrier 20 sliding on guide rails 16. At the same time, the yoke steel plates 7C are rolled in the end sections of the leg steel plates 7A and 7B by a yoke steel carrier 19 and this operation is repeated to laiminate the steel plates B in the order of steel plates 7A-7C and the steel plates are stacked by the desired number of steel plates. |
