PURPOSE:To provide a light information recording medium free from deterioration in characteristics due to air oxidation without dust and scratch thereon by packing a laser recording film with a heat mode recording layer on a flexible supporting body into a transparent disc-shaped capsule. CONSTITUTION:A metal such as SN, Bi and In or an alloy thereof is evaporated on flexible transparent supporting bodies 1 and 1' with a thickness of some scores to several hundreds mum upto a thickness of 300-1,500Angstrom to form heat mode recording layers 2 and 2' thereby obtaining a laser recording film. Then, two sheets of laser recording films thus obtained are packed into a transparent disc-shaped plastic capsule 3 with a thickness of 300mum-10mm. with recording layers 2 and 2' outside and securely pressed against the surface of the capsule with a soft spacer 4. |
