摘要 |
PURPOSE:To give advantages of well maintaining and stabilizing of a solid- lubricating workpieces in an oilless bearing which has the body partially exposed to a frictional face by casting metal around a sand mold as a core mold which has said workpieces inserted into the holes on the periphery. CONSTITUTION:Semicylindrical split molds 4 which have many radially arranged pores 5 and mold pins 6 of which each consists of a trunk part 6a capable of being inserted into each hole 5 and a locking head part 6b are prepared befor manufacturing. The split molds 4 are oppositely fit and fastened with fastening rings 7 and after shell sand 8 is filled into the split mold 4, the split molds 4 and the mold pins 6 are removed. A sand mold 8 which has many holes 9 on the peripheral face is thus completed. With solid-lubricating workpieces 3 of graphite pun into said holes 9, the sand mold 8 is disposed in an outer mold 10. By pouring a metal 12 casted from a gate 11 therebetween a compound body of the workpieces 3 and the metal 12 casted is shaped. The compound body is subjected to a mechanical work to form internal and external surfaces suitable for a finished bearing. |
