PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the cost of cooling and heating of rooms by providing in parallel a solar heat collector and a solar battery, operating a motor of a compressor and respective pumps by the output of the solar battery, and self-controlling the cooling and heating of rooms. CONSTITUTION:The electric motor 10 of a compressor 9, a heat collecting pump 3 and a cooling water pump 8 are operated by the output of a solar battery 16 upon cooling. By operating the compresser 9, water is cooled by an evaporator 7, and fed into a cooling water coil 5. Upon heating, the electric motor 10, the heat collecting pump 3, a hot water coil 14 and a hot water pump 15 are respectively operated by the output of the solar battery 16, and hot water obtained by the heat collector 1 is fed to the evaporator. Further, the temperature of hot water is raised, and hot water is further fed to the hot water coil 14, and the cooling and heating of the room are self-controlled. |
