<p>PURPOSE:To make damage of a glass-sealed part unlikely to occure and heighten reliability of the sealed part by a method wherein a button stem is used, whereby a lead-in wire is bent in the middle part of sealed wire with both ends in a parallel state and a diameter of a circle connecting the centers of internal lead-in wires is made smaller than that of the circle connecting the centers of external pins. CONSTITUTION:A lead-in wire is bent at a sealing axis 2a with an internal lead 1a and an external pin 39 arranged in parallel while holding the condition ID'< OD. As a result, the distance from a stem wart 4a to a flare 5a, namely l'1 and l'2 become larger than before and when sealing the stem flare 5a and a bulb end, a product in a good sealed form and with high reliability can easily be obtained. Then, a diameter of a circle connecting the centers of external pins (pin circle diameter) is considered to be OD, while the diameter of the circle connecting the centers of the internal lead-in wire is considered to be ID'.</p> |
