PURPOSE:To obviate imperfect machining in the stage of machining the work continuously with a laser working device repetition of laser oscillation by oscillating the next laser with the completion signal of laser working and the positioning signal by a preset counter. CONSTITUTION:In the case of machining many holes continuously with lasers, a trigger signal is inputted from a trigger circuit 17 to a laser oscillator 1, which irradiates a laser light by which the 1st hole is machined. When the hole is penetrated, the laser light leaks from the rear of the work. If the leaking laser light is detected with a detector 11, a signal is emitted from a detector control circuit 12, and is inputted to the circuit 17 and an oscillating circuit 13, by which the oscillation is stopped. Pulses are generated from the circuit 13 and operate a circuit 14 for driving the work, by which the work is moved by the preset length and is stopped. Again the laser oscillator 1 is oscillated by the signal from a preset counter 16, by which the laser light is irradiated to the work and the 2nd hole is machined. By repetition of such operations, the holes are machined continuously in the work without imperfect machining of the holes. |
