摘要 PURPOSE:To forecast the temp. elevation in a heating furnace easily and quickly with good accuracy by applying quadractic curves approximately to the heat conduction of the blocklike materials in the furnace and calculating the surface temp. and central temp. of the materials by the use of a liner heat conduction equation. CONSTITUTION:The forecast time intervals DELTAT of the blocklike materials in a continuous type heating furnace are set with a timer setter, and the temp. distributions and residence time Tf in the furnace are inputted from an operation data collector to a heat transfer operating device. In accordance with the estimated surface and central temps. thetas, thetai outputted from an estimated temp. operating device, an initial temp. distribution equation f(X) is operated, and the specific heat C and heat conductivity K of the materials in the temp. range corresponding to thetas, thetai are drawn out from a storage device. With these values as inputs, the surface and central temps. thetas', thetai' after the DELTAT are calculated with the heat transfer operating device. After these values are discriminated, the operations are repeated with the thetas', thetai' as fresh initial values, and the estimated value for temp. elevation is determined at the point of the time SIGMADELTAT=Tf.
