Novel compounds of the following general Formula I are useful pharmacological agents: <IMAGE> Formula I wherein: Ado represents 5'-deoxyadenosin-5'-yl; R1 represents methyl, ethyl or, preferably hydrogen; R2 represents C1-C8 alkylene; R4 represents C1-C8 alkylene; R5 represents hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or -R6 NHR7; R6 represents C1-C4 alkylene; and R7 represents hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
