PURPOSE:To mold metallic parts into one body with a low work cost and high strength, by bending a part of a bar-shaped Mo or W material and subjecting the bending part to the press working to make the bar-shaped part and the plate-shaped part into one body. CONSTITUTION:A work 3 of, for example, an Mo polished bar is bent at right angles in the part l1 distant from one end, and the part having the length l1 is wound about 1.5 times into a coil ring so that this coil 32 is vertical to a left linear part 31. The coil 32 is cut in a part D, where the part of the first turn comes close to overlap with the leading end of the coil 32, to obtain a ring having one turn. This work 3 is set to a mold so that the linear part 31 is placed in a hole 42 of the mold and a ring part 32' is placed in a recess part 41, and the ring part 32' is forged by a punch. Thus, the bar-shaped part and the plate-shaped part are molded into one body. |
