<p>PURPOSE:To feed sinking slurry under pressure at a large flow speed further increase a life of a valve, by providing a valve body to suction and delivery parts of a pump and forming the valve body with a plastic ball. CONSTITUTION:When a valve is opened, pressures in left and right parts of a plastic ball valve body 3a overcome pressing force of a valve spring 8 to lift the valve body 3a and flow fluid. While an elastic rubber seal ring 9 is detachably mounted to a valve seat 3b and retained by a seal ring cover 10. The plastic ball valve body, being used as suction and delivery valves, can be operated correspondingly to quickly shuttling motion of a plunger, while clearance ratio can be designed small, and sinking slurry can be fed under high pressure in good efficiency further without a trouble.</p> |
