The barrier comprises uprights (10, 11) releasably supporting horizontal rails (14, 15). Each upright has a lamp holder and lens (16a, 16) at the top, the lens forming a top part of a hollow body (12) of the upright. A further lens (18) and lamp holder (18a) are provided lower down the upright, the lens again forming part of the body, both lamps being housed in the body. A battery (23) is provided in the base and is connected with the lamps by a cable (24). In a modification a lamp is provided within the rail. <IMAGE> |
