PURPOSE:To produce a fine and homogeneous fine wire with good productivity by constituting a nozzle for ejecting molten metal onto the surface of a revolving roll of a conductive material, and heating the same with high frequency coils provided around the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 13 which is supported by a nozzle supporting means 12 in a specific position with respect to a revolving roll 11 is constituted of a conductive material, and heat is generated from the nozzle 13 per se by high frequency coils 14 provided around the nozzle 13. Metallic borides having corrosion resistant to various molten alloys, for example, >=1 kind among ZrB2, TiB2, TaB2, TaB, etc. are used for the material constituting the nozzle 13. |
