摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable to manage with a small space for occupation, by driving a pair of rotating bodies jaxtaposed on both sides of a planetary annulus selectively by the planetary annulus which is capable of revolving by applying its inner circumferential surface to a rotary driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a driving roller 26 is rotated in a direction of an arrow E1 shown on a sketch through a positive rotation of a motor 21, a planetary annulus 22 is swung in a direction of an arrow F1 as shown on the sketch for a revolution by rotation transmission action of the driving roller 26, and the external circumferential surface 22c is applied to a flywheel 4. Then, the planetary annulus 22 is rotated in a direction of an arrow G1 as shown on the sketch over pressing state against the flywheel 4, and the flywheel and a capstan 2 which are on a winding side are rotated in a direction of an arrow C1 as shown on the sketch. When the driving roller 26 is rotated in a direction of an arrow E2 as shown in the sketch through a reverse rotation of the motor 21, the planetary annulus 22 is swung in a direction of an arrow F2 as shown in the sketch for a revolution, and the annulus 22 is pressed against a flywheel 3 and rotated in a direction of an arrow G2 as shown in the sketch.</p>
