PURPOSE:To use either of a sink and a source current load, by connecting a transistor (TR) applied with a control signal through a diode in series to another TR biased by a power source, and putting both the TRs in complementary operation. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a logical circuit 1 is ''0'', a TRQ2 turns off, so a TRQ1 turns on by being biased through a resistance R5. Therefore, a source current flows through the TRQ1 to a source current load IN1, which is driven. When the output of the logical circuit 1 is ''1'', on the other hand, the TRQ2 turns on. Then, the base bias voltage of the TRQ1 is ceased, so the TRQ1 turns off. When the load IN1 is a sink current load, a sink current flows through the TRQ2. |
