PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive element with an even surface and superior cleaning efficiency by adhering a bubble guiding member to the upper end part of the surface of a conductive substrate during bubbles are generated on a coated layer surface in case of forming the coating layer on the conductive substrate by dipping and coating method to remove the bubbles from the surface to the external.
