PURPOSE:To permit tension control with high response and reduce the tension variation during revolution by estimating the tension variation from the revolution angle and the revolution speed of a carrousel reel and performing tension control on the basis of the estimation. CONSTITUTION:The revolution angle and the revolution speed of the captioned apparatus 3 are detected by a detector 16, and the detected values are inputted into a tension variation estimating apparatus 17, in which the estimated value DELTAF of the tension variation is obtained according to an equation from the moment GD<2> of intertia of taking-up shaft 1 or 2, revolution speed Vc, and the revolution angle beta, and the estimated value is given as compensation signal into a tension calculating apparatus 12. The estimated value of variation due to revolution, the detection signal from a tension detector 13, and the set value of tension in a setting apparatus 14 are inputted into the calculating apparatus 12, where control calculation is executed, and the tension of the taken-up material 15 is controlled through a power supply unit 11 and a driving motor 10. Therefore, the tension can be controlled with high response even in case where the revolution speed of a carrousel reel is high due to a speed setting pattern 9. |
