摘要 PURPOSE:To enable manufacture of an accurate electrode having a complicated shape and yet good interlaminar bonding, and reduction of a cost, by a method wherein a multilayer electrode core is formed of photosensitive resin solidified by each unit thickness and an electrode layer is formed on the surface of this electrode core. CONSTITUTION:In an electrode molding for manufacturing an electrospark machining electrode of a photosensitive resin, a light is applied from a light source La to quatrefoiled pattern F1 which is of the same shape as the sectional form of the electrode. The light projected from the light source La is applied to the photosensitive resin HP through a condensing lens 7 and the sheet F0 to solidify the resin HP by a unit thickness h1 into the same form as the transparent quatrefoiled pattern F1, thus producing a solidified resin p1. This procedure is repeated until the solidified resin reaches a specific thickness. The electrode thus made has a core of a solidified multilaminar layer h1, etc., over which is then formed an electrode layer, thus manufacturing the electrode of complicated shape, high accuracy and good interlaminar bonding and reduced cost.
