PURPOSE:To prevent an engagement arm or container from damage, when the engagement arm is placed in a position of container engagement at loading of the container, by arranging a cargo handling arm inoperative and keeping the container on the ground incapable of being loaded onto a chassis frame. CONSTITUTION:A binding device 9, binding a container to a dump frame 3, is constituted by a hook element 10, secured to a bottom surface of the container 7, and an engagement arm 11, pivotally mounted to the dump frame 3, swung by a hydraulic cylinder 13 and engaged to the hook element 10. A hydraulic cylinder 8, urging a cargo handling arm 5, is controlled by a selector valve 14, and the valve 14 can be selectively operated by solenoids 16, 17. While the hydraulic cylinder 13 is controlled by a selector valve 18, and the valve 18 can be selectively operated by solenoids 19, 20. Each solenoid 16, 17, 19, 20 is electrically conducted in such a manner as to control the cargo handling arm 5 incapable of operation when the engagement arm 11 is placed in an engagement position by limit switches 24, 27, operated by swinging motion of the engagement arm 11 and limit switches 22, 24, operated by tilting motion of the dump frame 3. |
