PURPOSE:To remarkably elevate measuring accuracy, by constituting a forecasting mechanism so that the magnetic attracting force between a magnet and a magnetic substance becomes inclined motion control reaction. CONSTITUTION:A magnet device D' for inclining and moving a distributing member 2 to a totally-enclosed state suddenly like acceleration immediately after a rocking start of a main lever 3 following a distributing supply in a small flow rate state is provided between a supporting arm 5 of the distributing member 2 and a center fixed frame. That is to say, permanent magnets 33, 33 are provided on both left and right side parts of the center fixed frame, respectively, and adsorption plates 34, 34 are provided on the supporting arm 5. The attracting magnetic force operating between the magnet 33 and the adsorption plate 34 is in inverse proportion to square of a distance between both of them, therefore, when the magnet 33 having suitable magnetizing strength is used, no influence is exerted on an inclined motion L3 extending from a large flow rate state L2 to a small flow rate state L4, a substantial attracting action can be displayed for the first time at a position where some quantity has been inclined and moved to a totally-enclosed side S from the small flow rate state L4, and once the attracting action has been displayed, it is possible to suddenly shift to the totally-enclosed state S. |
