PURPOSE:To monitor the entire exchange processing of an electronic exchanger and to confirm the normality, by providing a means measuring the rate of finished calls to calls applied to the electronic exchanger and a means detecting that this measured value is below the specified reference value and starting an emergency circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a central processing 4 detects calls taken place at a telephone terminal 1 or a relay line 3', a callout signal is transmitted to a generating call count section 91 at a finished call rate measuring circuit 9. The count section 91 counts and stores the number of generated calls OT with a callout signal. Further, when the processing system 4 detects a call subjected to a specified exchange processing enters calling state and a finishing call is performed, the system 4 transmits a call signal to a finished call count section 92 at the circuit 9. The section 92 counts and stores the number of finished call CT with a call signal. On the other hand, a finished call rate measuring section 93 periodically picks up the generated calls OT and the finished calls CT from the count sections 91 and 92 respectively to calculate the finished call rate CR. An emergency circuit start section 95 compares the CR with a reference value SR of a reference value storage section 94, and when the condition of SR<CR is detected, a start signal is given to an emergency circuit 5. |
