PURPOSE:To remove noise at the recognition of hand written characters with few hardwares by storing picture data in the 1st to 3rd registers and executing noise removing operation. CONSTITUTION:Picture data in a picture data memory 31 are read out as picture data D in every word by an address generating circuit AG and an address decoder AD and stored in the 1st to 3rd registers 51-53. These word groups are operated by operational circuits 61, 62 and 63 and the noise-removed data are stored in a register 55. The noise-removed data are stored again in the picture data memory 31 and supplied to the succeeding processing circuit as noise-removed data D'. |
