CONTINUOUS PREPARING APPARATUS OF FIBROUS FOOD WITH HIGH PROTEINIC CONTENT

PURPOSE:To prepare a fibrous food with a high proteinic content consisting of cheese, by using a delivery nozzle of a curd free from whey, a feeding means of the curd at a constant amount and a drawing means of the curd. CONSTITUTION:A cow's milk or skim milk is converted into a curd with a coagulating agent, and whey is removed to give a fibrous composition raw material, e.g. cheese, which is delivered from a grooved roller 50 and a belt 6. The delivered raw material is fed from an outlet 13 to a drawing apparatus (B) at a constant amount by the rotation at a constant speed. The raw material fed to the drawing apparatus (B) is transferred to a cooling apparatus (C) while drawn by free rollers 14 and 15 and a driving roller 16. The material is then cut to a constant length by a cutting apparatus (D).
