<p>PURPOSE:To securely tighten the fixing of a molding coil to a case, by arranging grooves for each of the contact portion between the case and molding coil, forming groove holes, injecting low-temperature hardening resin into the groove holes, and curing it. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 21 and 22 are provided in a desirable direction at an inner molding resin layer 13 and at an outer flange 17' of an inner case 17 respectively. The grooves 21 and 22 face each other. A molding coil 16 is so arranged as to face the grooves each other when assembled in the case 17. Groove holes 23 are formed in such a way. Low-temperature hardening injection resin is injected into the groove holes 23. Its hardening causes a wedge action and tightens the fixing of molding coil 16 to the case 17.</p> |
