A pair of outboard spring strips parallel the hinge strip in spaced relation to each side thereof, each spring strip including a substantially rigid central panel and opposed end hinges integrally joining the spring strip to the opposed lids on axes longitudinally outwardly spaced from the axes of the hinge strip hinges. |
