PURPOSE:A composite material containing a propylene resin and specific amounts of talc of a specific particle size and ethylene-propylene rubber is molded and the product is treated with an oxidative low-temperature plasma to increase the adhesion strength and paint adhesion. CONSTITUTION:A propylene resin such as propylene homopolymer, a copolymer thereof with less than 25wt% ethylene or another alpha-olefin, talc in which the particle size is less than 5mu on the average and particles of over 10mu is less than 5%, and ethylene-propylene rubber are combined by 80-25wt%, 5-30wt% and 15-45wt% respectively and kneaded, then made into moldings. Then, the product is treated with oxidative low-temperature plasma, preferably for 5- 300sec, by exciting a low-pressure oxidative gas such as oxygen with high- frequency discharge to generate an activated gas. |
