PURPOSE:To enable to prevent a change due to a zero point adjustment from being outputted to a transmission line, by a method wherein, during the correction of a zero point of converter, a pre-switching value, which is held in a first sample hold circuit, is caused to continue to be sent to a tranmission line. CONSTITUTION:A pre-switching measurement E1 of a switching means 3 is held in a first sample hold circuit 11, an after-switching measurement E2 is held in a second sample hold circuit 12, a mean value of the two measurements is computed by a computing circuit 16, and the mean value and a current measurement E3 are found by a reducing circuit 17. This obtains a voltage signal, equivalent to a displacement amount of a zero point of a converter 2, through the working of the reducing circuit 17 to instruct it to an instructing device 6. During the connection of the zero point of converter 2, a pre-switching value, held in the first sample hold circuit 11, continues to be sent to a transmission line 9, and this permits the outputting of a fluctuation in an output value produced following switching of the switching means 3. |
