<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reasonable manufacture by forming a combustion chamber of an integrated precision cast molding formed together with an end face limiting wall, a peripheral face limiting wall, a glow plug pipe piece, and air feed pipe piece or the end face limiting wall, peripheral face limiting wall, and glow plug pipe piece without the air feed pipe piece. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 2 comprises mainly a flat end face limiting wall 4, a fixing flange 6 moved from the end face limiting wall 4 in the outward radial direction, a cylindrical peripheral face wall 8 projected in the direction perpendicular to the center of the end face limiting wall 4, and a glow plug pipe piece 12. All components of the combustor 2 are formed integrally with each other as an integrated precision cast formed body. The air feed pipe piece 10 may be separately produced and integrated later with the precision cast formed body. Thus, the combustion chamber with advantageously small wall thickness and formed of a proper material can be produced without a production accuracy of which post-adjustment is not required.</p> |
