PURPOSE:To laminate a tongue work part sharply, by pressing the tongue work part via a plastic sheet using a working jig matched to a shape of the tongue work part. CONSTITUTION:As a vacuum laminating method for laminating continuously a plastic sheet to a surface of a breathing board of a rockwool sheet or the like having a tongue part, the plastic sheet 3 is superimposed on the surface of the breathing board 2 and the board 2 is placed on the suction platen 4 for vacuum molding and the plastic sheet 3 is attracted to the surface of the board 2 by sucking through the suction platen 4. At the same time a working jig 5 matching to the shape of the tongue work part 1 is made to press the tongue work part 1 via the plastic sheet 3 and also by heating the tongue work part 1, lamination of the tongue work part 1 is finished, then the plastic sheet 3 is heat-bonded to the board 2. Thus, the tongue work part can be laminated sharply. |
