<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the warehousing work of parts and delivery work in the form of the parts set of a product unit by using two pairs of shelf devices which can call an arbitrary article receiving section up to a delivery position. CONSTITUTION:A computer 4 to which warehousing is registered by warehousing chit 5 on which the kinds and number of the parts are displayed selects buckets 2 to be warehoused, and publishes a warehousing work list 6. An operator calls the predetermined buckets 2 to a warehousing position according to the list, and conducts warehousing work. When the kinds and number of the products to be assembled are indicated to the computer 4, the computer publishes a delivery work list 11 on which the delivery of any number of any part from any number bucket 2 is recorded at every one product. The operator calls the predetermined buckets 2 in order to the delivery position HP and conducts delivery work according to the list 11, and the part sets for assembly of the product units are warehoused into empty buckets 14 according to a warehousing work list 16.</p> |
