<p>PURPOSE:To easily align a loaf of bread, by providing a downward sloped conveyer to the direction of conveyance below a tumbling device of bread baking molds and conveying the loaf of bread turned with its arc shaped part toward a fixed direction. CONSTITUTION:Bread molds 3, finished through a baking process, are conveyed by a conveyer 1 to a debanner 2 and inverted in the upper part of the debanner, then loaves of bread A are dropped down onto a mounting surface 5 of a conveyer 4 with their arc shaped part downside. This mounting surface 5 is sloped downward, and this slope causes the conveyer 4 to carry the bread A in an attitude turned with its bottom part toward the front, further the bread is inverted its attitude, to that with its arc shaped part upside, in a step difference part by rollers 7, 8, and fed from a feed surface 11 finally transferred to a conveyer 12.</p> |
