PURPOSE:In the method for integrating the lamp housing to the globe box, to reduce the number of process and to improve the strength by integrating the housing to the box body through the injection molding. CONSTITUTION:The molding space L for a cap-shaped lamp housing 12 is formed in the molding space M for the globe box body 11 between the upper dies A and the lower dies B, then the resin is injected through an injection molder thus to mold integrally. Thereafter the masking is applied and the reflective coating is applied on the inside of the housing 12 through the deposition or the spattering. Consequently only one time of molding is required while the assembling work of the lamp housing is not required and only one metal die is required. Since the housing 12 is reinforced by the box body 11 through the integral molding, the mechanical strength is improved. |
