PURPOSE:To provide a heat-developable type diazo copying material capable of obtaining a high-density image by low temp. development, and superior in raw stock stability, by using a specified N-substd. carbamate compound or ketone compound as a color-developing adjuvant. CONSTITUTION:A color-developing adjuvant has preferably 70-120 deg.C melting point, and it is hardly or not soluble in water. It sufficiently dissolves a diazo compound and a coupling component when it is melted with heat, and it is represented by the general formula: R<1>OCONHR<2> or R<3>-CO-R<4> in which R<1>-R<4> are optionally substd. alkyl or alkenyl or aryl or aralkyl. This adjuvant is dissolved or dispersed together with a diazo compound, a coupling component, and other additives, and this solution or dispersion is coated on a support to form a photosensitive layer having 2.5-15g/m<2> attached amount. The coupling component or the adjuvant may be encapsulated, or the two may be contained in a precoat layer. |
