PURPOSE:To simplify the combination with other devices and automatize a paper counter to improve the efficiency for counting, by distributing automatically paper bundles, of which papers have been counted, on a basis of count results by a paper bundle distributing device. CONSTITUTION:Papers of a paper bundle set on a holder 3 of a paper bundle transmitting device are counted while being attracted and turned over with a revolving and rotating suction shaft one by one. A distributing device 5 which distributes paper bundles on a basis of count results is provided under this transmitting device apart from the transmitting device. This device 5 is provided with a guide plate 58, which guides the paper bundle delivered to the rear of the holder 3 of the transmitting device to aperture parts of a partition plate 57, and gate plates 60A and 60B which are freely slidably attached to horizonal supporting shafts 59A and 59B under aperture parts. A connecting link 64 is provided so as to bring always upper end parts of plates 60A and 60B into contact with each other and incline either of plates 60A and 60B. A driving force is given to the link 64 by an operation link 67; and the count result is abnormal, the plate 60A or 60B is switched by a solenoid 65 to distribute the paper bundle. |
