PURPOSE:To enhance the space factor of the conductor of coil and to facilitate manufacture of the coil for motor by a method wherein the spiral coils of the plural number are arranged in the longitudinal direction on an insulating sheet to form a coil sheet, and the sheet thereof is wound in a cylindrical type to manufacture the coil for motor. CONSTITUTION:The spiral coils 11-112 of the plural number having the same shape are arranged in the straight line type along the longitudinal direction of the belt type insulating sheet 31 on the surface and on the back of the sheet 31 respectively. The inside ends of the coils on the surface and on the back being at the corresponding positions are connected with each other with the connecting parts 21-212, while the outside ends of the adjoining coils on the respective faces are connected in sries, and the respective coils are formed in a foil shape by photo etching, etc. The coil sheet threof is wound toward the longitudinal direction to form the cylindrical multilayer winding being made as to overlap the coil positions of the respective layers, and the coil for radical flux type motor is manufactured. |
