PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a film from being carried in a state where a cover is opened. SOLUTION: When the storing part cover 13 is opened, a moving control lever 21 is rotated counterclockwise by the energizing force of a spring 24. A control arm 21b is positioned in the moving path of the body cover 12 so as to be placed in a movement inhibition position. A body cover 12 is suppressed from moving to the closing position by the control arm 21b. When the storing part cover 13 is closed, a working arm 21a is pressurized downward by a pressure arm 22. The moving control lever 21 is rotated clockwise against the energizing force of the spring 24. The control arm 21b is retreated outside the moving path of the body cover 12 so as to be placed in the movement permission position. The main body cover 12 can be moved to the closing position. When the body cover 12 is locked in the closed position, the film carrier is made usable, then, the film is carried.
