摘要 The invention relates to a heat-insulating element (1) for buildings with cantilevered wall parts (21) and is intended to be used in order to avoid additional loadings resulting from the movement of the cantilevered wall part relative to the building. The heat-insulating element (1) comprises an elongate insulating body which consists of thermally insulating material and has transversely running and laterally projecting reinforcing elements (12) and at least one integrated pressure element (11). The pressure element (11) is preferably of lower thickness than the insulating body and is formed from compression-resistant material with at least one sliding/pressure surface. Materials provided for the pressure element (11) are those such as glass, earthenware, ceramics, concrete, fibrated concrete, plastics such as epoxy resin and polyester resin, metals and synthetic, natural or metal skins or the like, said materials having sufficient compressive strength and, if appropriate, also heat-insulating properties and it also being possible to combine them with one another. The pressure element (11) may also consist of a plastic-coated or rubber-coated steel plate in order to absorb the movement of structural parts in an elastic manner. The pressure element (11) absorbs all loadings which arise and avoids structural damage. <IMAGE>
