<p>PURPOSE:To improve the slipping property of a rubber plug by coating the surface of the rubber plug with silicone dimethyl cyclohexane solution. CONSTITUTION:Silicone solution is prepared by mixing organohydrogen polysiloxane as the crosslinking agent, metal acylate condensation initiator as the initiator, toluene as the diluent with polydimethyl cyclohexane. After the rubber plug is dipped in this silicone solution for 1 minute, toluene as the diluent is volatilized and the rubber plug is heated at 100 deg.C for 10min to cross-link the silicone ant to obtain a medical rubber plug.</p> |
