PURPOSE:To utilize a part of the outer wall of a crank chamber as a cooling wall and make the cooler of lubricant unnecessary by a formation wherein the discharging manifold of the captioned compressor, reserving the lubricant, is formed below the crank chamber as a separate body from a crank case. CONSTITUTION:The manifold 14 is formed by connecting the outer wall 10 of the crank case 2 and a cylinder 6 by a wall 10a parallel to the axial line of a crank shaft accommodated in the crank case 2, while a part of the cylinder 6 and a partitioning wall 13 are exposed to the outside thereof. At the same time, a sound deadening device 17 is arranged in a passage for discharging gas discharged from a discharging port for the discharging manifold 14. According to such a constitution, heat transmitted from the discharging manifold 14 is emitted from the exposed partitioning wall 13 and the like, thereby lowering the temperature of the lubricant and, simultaneously, reducing the operation noise of the machine. |
