The invention relates to the improvement of a panel heating system, in particular a floor heating system, according to the patent... (Patent Application P 3030933.2-16). According to the main application, the heating tubes are fixed on an insulating-material panel, covered preferably by a sheeting, by retaining means which make contact with the tubes, by means of a contact part, at least on a surface line remote from the insulating-material panel and are pivoted, by at least one circular pivot arc, about a pivot axis into the insulating-material panel. The improvement according to the additional application consists in that the retaining means have a mounting grip arranged between the contact part and pivot arc. In the pivoted-in state of the retaining means, the mounting grip rests on the insulating-material panel. <IMAGE>
