<p>PURPOSE:To attain to reduce the volume of an adsorbing tower and to save energy by a methd wherein a dried stock gas obtained in a dehumidifying process is used as the drying gas of a cooling process and the used gas is supplied to a customer as a dried stock gas. CONSTITUTION:When adsorbing towers 2a, 2b are in an adsorbing process and a cooling process respectively, ambient humidity air is sent to the adsorbing tower 2a through a blower 1 and a three-way valve 5 to obtain dried air by dehumidification. The total amount thereof is sent to the adsorbing tower 2b through a three-way valve 4 and, after cools a heated and regenerated adsobent, supplied to a prospective customer through three-way valves 6, 11 and a conduit 12.</p> |
