PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a bag constituting a dam as well as the occurrence of biased overflow by using a system in which plural independent members made of a flexible film bag are provided and each of the independent chambers is partitioned by steel plates into at least one or more layers. CONSTITUTION:Since a dam body is made up a independent air chambers 1, 1', 1''..., made of a flexible film bag, complete breakage of the dam can be avoided even if one of the independent air chambers was broken. Also, because steel plates 2 are provided between the indepndent air chambers 1, 1', 1''..., the flexional amount of the whole of the dam is smaller than that of the conventional am consisting of single air chamber. Thus, the variation in the height of the dam is made smaller and the occurrence of biased overflow can therefore be prevented. |
