The base stations (1-3) transmit the start time point of at least one signaling sequence of the terminals (4-14). The base stations contain a correlator of a received signaling sequence and for detecting of a pulse formed from a received and correlated signaling sequence. After reception of a signaling sequence, the base stations refuses or acknowledges the request of a terminal according to a channel capacity in one channel simultaneously used by several terminals.
