The method involves homogenization of light granulate with a hydraulic binder e.g. cement, to obtain a mixture at atmospheric pressure by a homogenization unit (9), and transferring the mixture to a pneumatic conveying path (13) at predetermined pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure by a transferring unit (10). The mixture is pneumatically conveyed to a projection outlet (17) at the predetermined pressure. The mixture is partially humidified by a mist blower (14) due to dispersion of water in gas so as to obtain low-density concrete. The concrete is projected on a surface or support. An independent claim is also included for a device for projecting low-density concrete on a surface or support.
