PURPOSE:To exactly operate a needle reset mechanism of a quartz time piece, by interlocking a hammer and a reset switch, and deciding a direction and time of a step-motor driving pulse generated immediately after resetting. CONSTITUTION:When a button 11 is pushed, the tip 12a of a hammer pushes a heart cam 10, and a needle is reset to (0)sec. Also, the hammer 12 and a reset switch 15 are interlocked and a pulse signal is stopped. After that, when force by the button 11 is removed, the reset switch 15 is released as soon as fitting of the hammer 12 and the heart cam 10 is detached. A pulse generated immediately after the reset has been released is set so that a rotor and a stator are attracted to each other, and even is a static position of the rotor is shifted due to back-lash of a gear, it is returned to its normal static position and stands still in its state. |
