PURPOSE:To remove mechanically movable parts together with worn parts, by forming semiconductor laser output beams into parallel beams incident to a prism and deflecting beams emitted from the prism. CONSTITUTION:A Peltier element 10 is heated and cooled repeatedly at beforehand fixed period, and a semiconductor laser member 5 connected thermally with the element 10 is also heated and cooled repeatedly. When the laser member 5 is cooled and its laser wavelength becomes the smallest, beams emitted from the prism 9 are turned to laser parallel beams 32. When the laser member 5 is heated and its laser wavelength becomes the longest, the beams emitted from the prism 9 are turned to laser parallel beams 31. Hence, mechanically movable parts are removed together with worn parts. |
