PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument cap, capable of making a writing instrument which is sold in a store, a touch pen capable of inputting reliably, by attaching the writing instrument cap thereto.SOLUTION: A writing instrument cap 1 comprises: a cylindrical cap shaft 10; a touch pen member 20 disposed on a tip of the cap shaft 10; and a core contact member 30 inserted into an inner tip end of the cap shaft 10.
